Is it really free? Do I need a credit card?

The Free plan is free forever, no card needed. Your trial starts after email confirmation. You only enter payment info when you choose a paid plan in Billing.

What happens after the trial ends?

You keep full access to the Free plan, or upgrade to keep premium features. Either way, your invoices, estimates, and customer data stay available while your account is active.

Do I need to download an app?

No app needed. WorkSnap runs in your phone's browser—just visit the site and log in. Add it to your home screen for one-tap access, just like an app.

Can customers pay online? What about deposits?

Yes. Connect Stripe or PayPal, and customers pay with one click from their invoice. You can require deposits on estimates and accept partial payments—we track the balance automatically.

Can I send estimates and get digital signatures?

Absolutely. Create professional estimates, send them for approval, and capture e-signatures. Convert approved estimates to invoices in one tap.

Is this accounting software?

No—WorkSnap handles invoicing and payments, not bookkeeping. For taxes, payroll, or full accounting, use your accountant or dedicated software. We keep it simple so you can focus on the job.
